The refund amount will be calculated as follows: Total Order Value minus the cost of reviews already delivered and a processing fee.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Completed Orders: Once the service is fully completed and the final review has been delivered, the order is considered final, and no refund will be issued.
Removal of Reviews by Platforms: We guarantee the quality and delivery of our service. However, we cannot control the policies of third-party platforms (such as Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.). If a platform removes or filters the reviews after we have delivered them, this does not constitute a failure of our service, and a refund will not be provided. Our work involves significant manual effort and resources, which are expended upon delivery.

Processing Fee: Please note that all approved refunds are subject to an administrative and processing fee to cover transaction costs incurred by our payment gateways.
